All orders, unless othertwise stated are shipped within 7 business days between the hours of 9am - 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
* Australia Post
* TOLL Priority
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders going via Australia Post will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping is included in the total points value of your products. On the rare occasion that this does not occur (large bulky items that are sourced overseas) a shipping estaimate will be provided in the items description. You can obtain an accurate quote by submitting a query to email@example.com with the product details and shipping address so an accurate quote can be sourced.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
