Refunds & Returns Policy



Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

* your item must be in unused/new condition and in the original packaging.

* the item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

* to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

NB: Customised marketing materials are exempt from being returned.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* materials with obvious signs of use/wear.

* any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.

* any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email notification with the status of the refund.

If the return has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Zeiss Partner Program account. If your purchase was completed by credit card (in part or in full) a credit will automatically be applied to the card, within 7 days.

NB:  Customised marketing materials are exempt from being returned.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Sale items are not refundable.



Items will only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at and send your defective/damaged item to:

The cost of returning items to ZEISS is to be covered by the customer returning the item shipping costs are non-refundable

If you are shipping an item over the value of $75, ZEISS recommends using a trackable freight service and/or freight insurance.
