Login

Q. How do I log in?

A. To log into the ZEISS Partner Program you need your Username and Password. You can login by entering your details in the fields of the ZEISS Partner Program Login page and click 'Login'.

Q. I have forgotten my password

A. You are able to retrieve your password so long as you know your Email Address. Complete the login field and then click the 'I've forgotten my password' link and you will be provided with a reminder instantly. If you still can't remember, you can request to be emailed with the actual password.

 

Rewards

Q. Why do rewards occasionally change?

A. On the rare occasion a reward is discontinued or becomes unavailable, it shall be removed from the available reward range and replaced if possible. The reward range is regularly updated with new and current rewards.

Q. Can points be pooled together or can I use my own money to purchase rewards?

A. Points are not transferable to other accounts.  Points are not redeemable for cash.  You can contribute your own money towards the redemption of a reward using the Points Plus Pay functionality.

Q. Can I use my own money to purchase rewards?

A. Yes, if you do not have any points available to redeem you can choose to purchase rewards using your credit card.

Q. When do I have to redeem my points & do my points expire?

A. Points will not expire as long as your ZPP account remains active . A review will be conducted in July each year and if you have not been active on ZPP for the 12 months prior (logged in at least once), all points will expire to zero on the 31st July.

 

Earning Points

Q. How do I earn points for my lens purchases?

A. You will earn points on all ZEISS branded lens products purchased through Carl Zeiss Pty Ltd. Points earned are calculated as a percentage of your overall purchase value each month.

Q. Which products attract points?

A. All ZEISS branded lens products ordered form Carl Zeiss Pty Ltd attract points.

Q. How many points do I earn for my ZEISS lens purchases?

A. The number of points you earn on ZEISS branded lens products is calculated as a percentage of your total monthly spend through Carl Zeiss Pty Ltd.

Q. How can I tell when my points were last updated?

A. Refer to the My Account section of the website to see detail regarding the timing of latest points upload.

Q. How do I make changes to my practice registration?

A. You can update your practice details and enrol additional practices in the My Account section of the website.

 

Member Communication

Q. Will I continue to receive statements from the ZEISS Partner Program?

A. Yes, you will be emailed a statement every month.

Q. Why do you want to collect my email address?

A. We are collecting your email address so that we can keep you up to date with your ZEISS Partner Program point’s earnings. We’ll send you an email every month to confirm that your points for that month have been uploaded to the ZEISS Partner Program site.  You are welcome to refer to our Privacy Policy for full detail on how we will collect and store your email address.

 

Reward Orders and Delivery

Q. What is my order number?

A. Your order number is a unique number used to identify your reward order. Please quote this number whenever you make an order query. You will find the order number on the Order Confirmation email or in the My Account area.

Q. How do I know if my order went through properly? You will receive an "Order Confirmation" email notifying you that your order has been received. The Order Confirmation email will list order details such as A. order number, products ordered, delivery address. You will also have a record of any orders placed in the My Account area.

Q. When will my order be delivered?

A. Your order will be processed and dispatched to you within 7 to 14 working days from the date you placed the order.

Q. Why do I need to wait 30 – 60 days for Custom Marketing materials?

A. Custom marketing materials take 30 – 60 days as each one needs to be customised with your practice details and sent to print. For those items that do not require print our Marketing team needs to liaise with you and contact the radio/cinema/shopping centre agency to negotiate the best possible placement rates for you. On some occasions your preferred dates by not be available.

Q. Where will my rewards be delivered?

A. Where applicable your rewards will be delivered to your registered practice.

Q. Why does my order invoice come from Carl Zeiss Pty Ltd?

A. The ZEISS Partner Program is part of the ZEISS Vision Australia group trading as Carl Zeiss Pty Ltd.
